Session 1: Inclusive Resource Development – Fundamentals
Session 1 took place over two days, March 5 and 6, 2019 in Nairobi. Day 1 introduced key themes and legal frameworks. Day 2 focussed on addressing regulatory issues relating to resource contracts.
